Vitamin D Prevents rheumatoid arthritis
There are many things you can do to ensure that you get all of the vitamins you need and preventing rheumatoid arthritis is just one. It’s possible for you to prevent this disease by simply taking in more sunlight and eating more vitamin D-rich foods. Studies have shown that older men and women can benefit significantly from increasing their intake of vitamin D which is a blessing given how painful this condition can be.
Vitamin D does this in part by acting as an anti-inflammatory agent and stopping the inflammation part of this condition.
