There are many things you can do to ensure that you get all
of the vitamins you need and preventing rheumatoid arthritis is just one. It’s

eating more vitamin D-rich foods. Studies have shown that older men and women
can benefit significantly from increasing their intake of vitamin D which is a
blessing given how painful this condition can be.
Vitamin D does this in part by acting as an
anti-inflammatory agent and stopping the inflammation part of this condition.
