Diet rich in Vitamin D
foods contain vitamin D naturally. Because of this, some foods are fortified. This means that vitamin D has been added. Foods that contain vitamin D include:
egg yolk, shrimp, milk (fortified), cereal (fortified), yogurt (fortified), orange juice (fortified).
It can be hard to get enough vitamin D each day through sun exposure and food alone, so taking vitamin D supplements can help.

Vitamin D can help you fight obesity, assuming that you are not regularly eating unhealthy foods and not engaging in exercise. The less vitamin D that you consume, the more likely it is that you will become over weight (this is of course looking at averages, and there are always exceptions to the rule).
