Vitamin D gives you stronger bones
Osteoporosis is a condition that many people already have or are at risk of developing. The condition is caused when bone tissue deteriorates making bones easier to break and fracture. A lack of vitamin D is one reason why so many people get the condition because vitamin D is essential for the body to be able to absorb calcium–an essential nutrient for the bones.

By having the required amount of vitamin D levels in your body, you can maintain good bone strength and prevent osteoporosis. This is not just important in young people, but those who are in their later years, too–the more prone you are to developing a condition like this, the more important it is that you get out there and absorb as much light as you can.
